Highly recommend!!!

Such a cool keyboard! It lights up as soon as you plug it in and the colors are very bright and vibrant. What makes it extra fun on top of the neon rainbow vibe that the keyboard carries is the fun loud clicky sounds that each key makes as you type. It really illuminates wherever I'm at and it's just so much fun to work with😄 highly recommend!

Dud. Returned.

Keyboard worked as expected for a couple of days, and then suddenly stopped working. Tried plugging it into a few computers, and the computer would do the "installing drivers... success" routine, but the keyboard didn't light up and keys didn't work.

I didn't try to contact King Star, despite their emails encouraging me to contact them about any issues (but to write a review if I was satisfied!), so I can't speak for how that customer service experience might have went. I will enjoy Amazon's great return policy instead of finding out.

I will say that it's interesting that this product has so many glowing reviews from people who got them for free from the manufacturer. Maybe this was a rare dud, but I think it deserves a place next to the other reviews.

Broken keyboard, need replacement NOW

I have keys that choose to stop working randomly. I'm also having difficulty locating the manufacturers website to get my money back or at the very least a replacement. I hope KINGSTAR sees this, provides stellar assistance so I can change my review.

Nice keyboard

This is a nice gaming keyboard. The colors are pretty great on it and it stays lit very well. The keys do not stick and have a great reaction time with them. The only issue I really have with this is the size. This is a fairly small keyboard so sometimes I do not hit the buttons I mean to hit as they are rather crammed together. Also this does not have a number pad on it to the right which is a little bit of a disappointment. Over all this is a nice product, works well and looks great. I'm happy with it. The keyboard has rainbow lights which looks great, and also makes it easy to use in the dark. It has a rubber cover over it which protects it and keeps it clean. I like that it is waterproof since my kids use it a lot. It plugged into my desktop's USB port easily and I began using it immediately. I didn't have to add the device to my computer or anything before I was able to use it. It was literally just plug it in and begin using it.

I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. All opinions in this review are my own.

While plugged it there is a rainbow backlight which is fairly bright but gives it a cool look. Featu

I have a few mechanical keyboards and I've really taken a liking to them. This smaller sized keyboard has everything except the number pad. I'm currently using with my server which on the shelf has a limited amount of space and this works perfectly with it. Features the standard size keys. It also has a silicone covering over the top of the base to help protect, it's hardly noticeable and does not impede with use. While plugged it there is a rainbow backlight which is fairly bright but gives it a cool look.

Features Gateron switches blue switches.

The lights do not offer other patterns just the rainbow.

Overall this is a solid keyboard, if you know mechanical you will appreciate the sound and feedback from each key pressed and this does it wonderfully. Nothing to complain about.

I received this at a discount in exchange for an honest review. I shop based on reviews as well so I try and give the best information possible without fluff. Feel free to ask me questions

Light show and good quality

So this here keyboard, we got it because I stole the last keyboard we bought and well, everyone needs a mechanical keyboard. Especially if you enjoy gaming.

This one does not come with a num pad, but there are many options out there to get a separate one if you need it. Personally, I think it's good for if you have limited space or are working on your bed or something like that. But who would use such a nice keyboard for casual browsing?

This keyboard is being used for Overwatch primarily. It's being used while streaming. So far we have about 6 or 7 hours of continual use, and nothing has gone wrong. Plugged right in, lights right up, works like a charm. Much better than the old keyboard that had a broken button.

Anyway, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys the video games. It's a nice piece of equipment, especially for the cost.

Disclaimer: I received this product at a free or reduced rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. This review is my opinion and should be taken as such.

Works well on Windows. Issues on a Mac
by Todd (4 out of 5 stars)

Don't ask me why, but I've wanted a mechanical keyboard for awhile. But I wanted one without the 10 key. I don't do data entry so I rarely need it. I wanted the tactile feel and the click sounds.

Do you get that will this keyboard? Oh hell yeah! These keys have a nice click to them that harkens back to the days of beige IBM keyboards and DOS prompts. The font on the keys is okay, kind of a 1970s futuristic typeface, easy to read. The lights are prettily cool but what you see is what you get. You can't turn them on or off or change the colors. It's rainbow or nothing.

The silicon protector on the board can be removed, just be aware you have to remove every key on the board to do so. So take a pic of the layout before you do. Having it on and removing it doesn't change the loudness of the keys.

The mechanical switches are made my by Outemu and they work well. Plugged into a Windows machine I didn't have any issues. However plugged into a Mac I had an issue with the keyboard repeatedly typing double characters even though I had only it the keys once. This was unique to using it on a Mac. When I did use it on a Mac I added labels to the Mac specific keys, you can see that in the image. Be aware that those labels are not included in the package.

Overall it's a great keyboard. It's cool looking, it's nice and loud, and on Windows it worked flawlessly.

I purchased this item at a slight discount in exchange for providing my own personal honest review, the price paid has to bearing on my review of the quality of the item.
