This is the first gingerbread house my son and I have ever made. All the pieces arrived intact, well wrapped in bubble wrap. There was more than enough pre-made royal icing to assemble and decorate the house. There were some nice little candies included, but we added a lot from our Halloween leftovers. We decorated the pieces first, then assembled them the next day. (Got that tip on YouTube.). Very happy with the results! I think this will become a family tradition.

The houses are "mini" houses as the box states. They fit perfectly on a standard sized paper plate, which is what we used to decorate them on. Everything arrived in good condition. Purchased two, for two 11 year olds to decorate. Mom helped a bit with the house assembly, but the girls did all the rest. Lots of frosting, White & a tube of red to decorate. The package also included some green fondant. We purchased some extra candies, just for fun, but it was great fun to watch the girls decorate. Good purchase!

My kids and I had a great time with this. I took the advice of others and we decorated the pieces before assembling it. The frosting they sent was a great consistency. After the pieces dried I had no problem assembling it and it stayed very well. All pieces arrived fully intact. I will buy this one again next year.

Our order arrived with several parts of gingerbread house broken making it impossible to repair or use to assemble the product.

The size of the house is perfect for a child, but 3 of the pieces came broken. It wasn't worth sending back, so I used the frosting to hold the pieces together. I think I'll buy it from a store next time.

Do not buy this. Much like other reviewers said it comes mostly broken. Even if it had come intact it still would have been a ripoff

The gingerbread house kit was great. It arrived as promised and in perfect condition without any broken. My granddaughter and I look forward to making one of these every year. The hardest part is the wait while the frosting sets.
