FALSE ADVERTISING.

I bought this same exact product from Barnes and Noble today. I thought it would be a fun stocking stuffer. Well, i thought i'd see how it worked first, so i opened it up. There are two cords, one with the mic on the end and the other with a thing you insert your earbuds into. The microphone does NOT work. It is simply for show. If you actually want to record something, you have to get earbuds with a built in mic, plug them into this product, and then use it.

I'm upset i wasted money on a product that led me to believe IT was the mic.

Don't support companies that try to rip people off.

Complete junk. It's not something you can actually plug and play and sing karaoke to. We never got it to work. Christmas disappointment.

Product was okay. Requires download of a 3rd party app (they give recommendations) and you have to use headphones or a auxiliary cord to a speaker to listen. It felt like a lot of steps and headache for something thing that should be plug and play.

Just for show. Not an actual microphone. 4 of the 6 microphones I had bought for Christmas gifts didn't even work to use with headphones as advertised. Junk.

Please do not waste your time and hard earned money on this microphone. It does not work at all. When I plugged it into my phone and took a video the audio was the same as when the microphone is not hooked up to anything. I think that this is meant to be a toy but do not spend $8.35 on this non working mic. It is amusing but not a great gift in my opinion. Thank you and do not waste your money.
