When I first saw this item, I was not impressed because of how cheap it was, and most ring armor sold in stores here is well over $30.00. I was wrong, however, as this item is very nice quality - better quality than the higher priced items, and useful to a certain extent.

Only flaws that this Ring has is that the band that holds the ring on your finger isn't adjustable. This is an EASY fix though, as the metal, though good quality, is fairly malleable. I simply took a pair of bolt cutters and cut the band in half, then used a vice grip and a pair of pliers to adjust the band to my finger. If you clamp the ends of the band together hard enough, the edges created from cutting the band will not stab your finger. It is still comfortable to wear and this modification can be done by almost anyone.

Only other flaw is the unattractive lettering of "stainless" and "china" written on either side of the blade...But my Dremel tool is going to take those marks right out.

The tip of the ring is sharp enough to inflict injury, so please take care around pets and people. Also, until you are familiar with the space of how far the blade sits on top of the ring, take care not to swing your arms around too much, as the tip of the blade is also sharp enough to cause a cut that deserves stitches. The rest of the blade is OK, but not as sharp as the tip. I am certain that can be fixed with a grinding wheel or knife sharpener.

I would DEFINITELY purchase this item again. Currently looking for one that is a bit shorter to fit my index finger.

Fun as hell!

I had bought two of these, of for my friend and one for I. He pointed out that it was only two dollars so if it was made poorly that it wasn't really a waste, so we got it and they are far from poorly made. They are very durable and even sharp, I open all the boxes I get from amazon with this and I also just stab stuff for fun. I've had many compliments from it and people asking where I got it. I ask them how much they think it was and most people guess around $20.

well i love it and all and i got it on the jul 11 2012 and makeinf this review on jul 13 2012

but what dispointing about it is that the word "dragon claw" i thought it would have something to relate into dragon looks but no its just a iron reauer claw thats what it says on the box. witch remineds me that it comes in a cardbord box i thought it would come in a tin box or something like that but no. the blade isnt sharp at all but i think you can sharden it. its a little small that because im 14yr old so when i get older i hope it will fit. it would be nice if it the blade could be detstchuble as well.

the good things
i love it even though its not dragon related even though. the blade isnt sharp the tip of the blade and the claw are bouth pointy sharp. the finger joints work great. i dont see why you would fight with is i dont think this is ment for fighting. so over all its great to have.

I ordered this item to see what it was like, and am very happy with my purchase. After placing the order it took about a week to be delivered. It came in a nice little box with a holder, instead of just being loose. When I first put it on it did not fit any of my fingers, just slightly big for me. The blade is nice, but mine was not sharp in the slightest. It could do damage if you used it like a claw, and could cut thread but nothing more. Overall it is a very nice piece that would work good for display. Obviously would not be fit for any practical uses.

This is an interesting little blade that has a fantasy and medieval view to it. It looks like something you would see in the title "Assassins Creed". The claw itself is very sturdy and sits on your fingers securely (if it's big enough, some reviewers have pointed out that it doesn't fit on them). When I received the item it came in it's own fitted box (see viewer pictures) that was inside a larger cardboard shipping box. Overall I think this is an interesting thing to own and very nice if you're a knife/blade collector like I am.

Product looks good. Packing was good too. I was afraid that it may look plasticky, but has a nice antique metal finish. Only issue is the size. This is definitely for big sized fingers only. It wouldnt fit or stand straight on thin fingers. But overall a nice purchase.

I purchased the iron reaver claw for Christmas for myself and I really like it. It is sturdy, made well, and heavy. The blade is sharp and can be dangerous if not careful. Unfortunately it is big in the ring size and will slide around on your finger. Overall though, well worth the price.

This is a great product, sturdy and well made. My only problem was this finger armor seems to be made for a mans finger, with no options to order specific sizes. Maybe have a sizing option for woman AND men? Other than that great product.
