Piece of crap

DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I bought in May for my daughter's 11th birthday party. We ran water through it and the seam ripped. Not one kid touched it; it just ripped due to water. It is now June and Seller would NOT accept the return. So $26 down the drain for nothing. I'm actually disappointed in Amazon for continuing to sell this.

Not durable, does not last long at all!

The slip and slide was wonderful for about an hour. The kids had a great time. Then the spray diminished until it was like the water was just barely turned on even though it was a completely open line. We discovered a seam ripped near the top of the slide, about two inches wide. We did a quick fix with an alligator clip and the kids were happy again. That is until the seam completely blew out at the bottom end of the slide.

We let the kids continue to use the slide by hooking the hose up to a standard water sprinkler spraying at the slide. It worked but bottom line is the quality is very poor. This product is too expensive for the very short life it had. It is in the garbage now.

Good For One Use

Only lasted one use due to rips. We had trouble getting one side to inflate/stream water. It kept two 3rd graders busy for several hours, so I'll add on an extra star for that. :) But we had to toss it after that first and only use.

Don't waste your money or time.

Yes, I am that shopper who wishes she would have read the reviews before buying, but I have three kids, so it seemed like a great idea. I literally opened the box an hour and half ago, and within 15 minutes of two five year old boys playing, the seam burst at the end of the slide. We've been through a few slip & slides, so I realize that they are not super durable, and more than once, a child has been the reason for a burst seam (standing on fully water inflated sides or ends will do that). I, however, can safely say, that neither child stood or bounced on the end of the water filled slide in the fifteen minutes of fun. I haven't contacted amazon about the issue yet. I really felt compelled to write this review in hopes of saving another parent $25.

Wish I could give 0 stars

Awful. I bought this for my son's birthday and to use at his party. I can say, without exaggeration, it was busted within one hour. The seam came right undone and it is no longer usable. Such a disappointment in general, and especially at a party. I will be calling for a refund or replacement, though I'm not convinced that would do much good.

Waste of money
by Amazon Customer (1 out of 5 stars)

Terrible product....lasted only 20 minutes before the seams ripped after being used by two 6 year old girls!! Their customer service department was useless and refused a refund or replacement. We had a slide from another brand and it lasted two whole summers with lots of other kids before the hose attachment broke. I definitely do NOT recommend spending your hard earned money on this product!!

Fun slide that could use a little improvement
by bahle (3 out of 5 stars)

The product is okay.

Pros: So far it's durable and the hose hook-up is at the bottom (where the water pools) so it's easier to empty the water out when finished. Also, the hole where the stake goes in is reinforced so it won't tear.

Cons: The slide needs more stakes and holes for said stakes. The slide moves around a lot so the water spraying sides have to continually be turned back to face the slide. Also, the top of the slide becomes very loose with continual use. I could see a kid catching his/her foot on there and tearing it. The two stakes at the top also kept coming out since the slide is so big.

Failed to meet low expectations

We previously received the double lane version made by Banzai as a gift, which was fun but eventually the end of the slide did split and despite taping it, would still leak. So, I tied off the tube so that just the side sprinklers worked and that sufficed for a little while longer until the lanes split apart, but it lasted two summers with modifications. So, I did not have high expectations about the triple lane version. First, the wrong model was sent, which did not include the three body boards. So returned and reordered from a different seller. Second one had the body boards, but the red one was already broken as soon as we took it out of the box with a small hole near the valve, which is hard to patch well enough to keep it from eventually flattening. Then we set up the slide and turn on the water (water had not even filled the sprinkler tubes completely) and there is a 2-3 inch hole at the end slide because the seams were not sealed correctly, so there was a gap. Seems like a quality check issue, not a failure of the seam. Also, had a hole by the valve (again I think the seam was not done correctly) where you attach the hose. Put some duct tape on both spots and is working for now, but I do not have high hopes of it lasting through the end of this summer. I would expect it to slowly fall apart, but at least hoped that it would be in good shape before we even started using it. And the sprinklers are weak- partly because it has so many sprinkler holes around the entire slide.

Doesn't shoot out water on both side as advertised.

Used this for 2 of my grandkids. For some reason one side of the slide didn't shoot much water out no matter how high I turned it up on the spigot. The 2 kids did enjoy it but had to take turns being on the edge that had the most water coming out. Never would have been able to use it for 3 kids. I don't recommend this item for 3 kids. Not worth the price I paid.

Crying toddlers
by Matt H (1 out of 5 stars)

Today was the day to finally use it.

I am now dealing with two crying toddlers because the water sprays in the opposite direction towards the grass instead of the slip and slide. I tried moving it many angles in my yard. Up hill. Downhill. To the side. Other side. All with the same result. Only the corners got water. 90% stayed dry.
