I should have read the product reviews and FAQ's before purchasing. Instead, I relied on the photos which exaggerate the box's size. Inside the box is a plastic bag of nerds, which contained 20 boxes of nerds. The bag can be purchased at any store for $3.99. You're basically paying $25 for the box.

We bought this for a present for our boss who loves Nerds....really liked the fact that it was a HUGE box and you could probably get the candy for much cheaper, but then again, you wouldn't have the big box and that's what we loved about it for the amount of money it was...

Just like the giant box of swedish fish & sour patch kids - it is an illusion. The above mentioned have a bag of candy like you can get a CVS. The giant box of nerds is a box of little boxes.

I really figured it was a giant box of nerds. Turns out its just a giant box of normal boxes of nerds. Still a bunch of candy in a fun novelty way, just not as exciting.

Loved this gift. It is a big box with a bunch of tiny boxes inside. I wish the flavors were on the correct side, but whatever, candy is candy.

The box only contained two bags of small nerds boxes. Each bag costing no more than $3.99 at a local grocery store. Was a waste of money.

The box is very colorful and big. I can't say it looks as big as it does on the internet, but seriously, if you think about the small size of a regular box of nerds, this one is huge! Perfect for my use.

Like other reviewers, I was disappointed that it wasn't a true box of Nerds, but filled with smaller boxes of Nerds inside. I knew this prior to buying after I read the reviews, so not too disappointed, just would have been nice as a novelty factor.

Big Box FOR KIDS---- Small Box For Adults!!

Actual size of product is roughly 14"w X 24"h. As a grown man... I was a bit bummed when I saw the box to be honest. And I thought I would be bummed that it wasn't full of nerds on each side like a normal box would be. With that said however, with product in hand, It would be a nightmare if it was full of "loose" nerds. If you've ever had nerds, you know they would be EVERYWHERE if that were the case. The 50 Tiny individual boxes is a great call and just as full to retrieve!

I was going for 3.5 stars but went with 4. Its the novelty of the thing and even though its not as big as originally thought, Its still plenty big to start conversation :) Dig it!!
