I like the idea. What I don't like is paying 2x the price through Gaffos. The manufacturers website offers this item for $39.99 USD. and the instructions included with the item direct you to the website for assembly and use instructions which includes the opportunity to purchase it from them. Not happy!

Alas, I can only rate a "5" if I could I would rate this machine "11" on a "10" scale

The instructions do not provide a recipe for the very important water, white vinegar, sugar mixture but that is trial and error to a certain extent

Works just as easily as the videos show. Is a little flimsy for the price. Not dishwasher safe, but not hard to clean by hand. I would buy / recommend again, so long as your willing to spend the $$.

Wonderful Concept That Works Great.....................for a While

Works great for a guy like me with big hands. Perfect from the first roll onward. Then.............after about two dozen uses, one of the handles on the mat roller broke. Glued just fine (whew!). Now the mat is beginning to rip on both sides where it connects to the roller. Darn! It makes rolling maki and futomaki so easy. Unfortunately not for long. For the price, that's more than a little disappointing. Great idea, poor product material.
